Very old room. There were sperm dash in the bed sheets ıt was awful ! Location looks terrible - horrible there were night club under the hotel. You can not stay with your girlfriend or family member. Price so high I stayed in 6 different hotels which has better condition and area.

Loud noise from the main road disrupting sleep!!! Plastic shower curtain and unpleasant drain smell in the room!!! Very limited WiFi access for those needing reliable internet!!!

The location being just outside the train station was great.

The hotel missed even the basics for a Hotel. The staff were not friendly and didn't bother to understand what we were saying in English. Also, there was great noise coming from outside and since there is no ac, it was very annoying. Moreover, the WiFi signal was so weak to be used inside the rooms though it was with charge. Another guest was setting on stairs to get a signal!!!

The location was across the road from the central railway station which meant that we could do day trips with minimal hassle. That was great. The main shopping street is just around the corner - about a five min stroll.

Internet didn't work in top two floors which meant to use wifi you would have to walk down three flights of stairs and sit in the lobby area. Staff dont speak english - not a problem for us but just FYI.

Here's my unfiltered experience

The location is fantastic, right across from the train station with easy access to dining options. My room was charming and clean with a nice view of the hills. Just a few minutes' walk to the main street. Perfect for solo travelers looking for convenience and comfort!

Easy access due to location just opposite the Nice Ville train station. Nice and friendly staff even though all of them did not really speak English.

Try to avoid the rooms on the street side - a lot of traffic noice. Only one electricity plug in the room - none in the bathroom. Breakfast was not worth the money. No WLAN in the room available. A bit dodgy surroundings during the night time (partly because of the proximity of the train station).

Positive point : Location, prize and room.

The location near the train station is very convenient. I found my room to be quite small and it lacked air conditioning were nice. I also experienced some noise from outside, impacting my ability to rest well.

The quadruple room is brand-new with good beds, AC and air conditioning. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the amazing friendly and affable staff:)))

Location near the train station is super convenient. Easy access to public transport made my travels around the city simple. The room offered a basic but manageable setup, perfect for a short stay. Unfortunately, the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot. I had to rely on a fan, which wasn't enough for the summer heat, and I couldn't open the windows due to mosquitoes. Staff communication proved challenging. They struggled with English. Cleanliness was another concern. The bathroom needed better upkeep. Noise from the street and nearby nightclubs disrupted my sleep. Would have preferred a bit more attention to detail for the price.

Everything was perfectly fine, COLOURFUL hotel, the location was stunning near the old town of Nice. All the staff was polite, resolved my issues. Stayed in neat room with ac. I came here for 1 night and had a fairly nice stay.
